. Net Developer
This is what we are expecting from you as a .NET Developer:
- Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
- Prepare and maintain code for various .Net applications and resolve any defects in systems.
- Prepare test based applications for various .Net applications.
- Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action
- plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
- Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update for systems.
- Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
- Create technical specifications and test plans
- Monitor everyday activities of system and provide require support.
- Providing technical support for web, desktop or mobile applications
- Support presales team to present the demo to potential clients
- Knowledge in Share Point and other Microsoft technologies will be added advantage.
.NET Developer requirements and qualifications
- Degree/HND/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent with programming experience
- 3 years of design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture.
- Strong background in object oriented development techniques
- Solution Design Patterns and Best Practices, e.g. SOA
- Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Experience with Web Services, WCF and Service Oriented Architecture a plus
- Experience with concurrent development source control (Git) and continuous integration (Jenkins or Bamboo)
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

Network Engineer
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer System Engineering or related field required
- More than 5+ years' experience in Networking, IT Network Security and IT support required
- Proven working experience in Designing, implementing network solution/ or improving the efficiency of current networks
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
Network Engineer Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and administering enterprise level computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
- Analyze, design, test, and evaluate network systems such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), Internet, and other data communications systems.
- Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
- Acquire, maintain and report on data related to network performance management, capacity planning and utilization trend analysis.
- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Professional certification would be an added advantage such as:

Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field required
- More than 5+ years' experience in System Engineering, Networking, IT Security and IT support required
- Proven working experience in installation, configuring, troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows and LINUX-based environments.
Preferable Skills
- Experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g.,Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, IIS, Sharepoint)
- Experience in Database Management preferably Oracle, MS SQL, My SQL would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Cloud Systems stacks like in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
- Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)
- Experienced in server side scripting (e.g., shell scripts, Windows Server Scripts)
- Experienced in ICT Infrastructure security, High Availability System, Disaster Recovery, Backup and Recovery
- Good networking skills and knowledge and familiar with enterprise grade products.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
