Mavenir, is seeking an Engineer to help advance our mission of transforming the 5G Telecom Landscape to cloud.
Our team is focused on building Cluster and Infrastructure Lifecycle Management capabilities to deliver a Kubernetes as a Service offering for customers that enables us to run telecom grade workloads.
We will work to deliver enterprise grade, scalable, and robust Kubernetes offering to our customers to take telecommunications and 5G to cloud on a massive scale.
You will be developing REST API services that automate continuous delivery and allow Kubernetes clusters to integrate with components enabling authentication, metrics, telemetry, observability, and serviceability aspects to cluster admins of our webscale platform.

Required Candidate profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Software or another related field required.
10+ years software development experience.
Working knowledge of Web Services & REST (JSON) APIs.
Proficient knowledge of a Java and JavaScript and knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular and ReactJS Technical expertise in Java/J2EE, GoLang, JavaScript, HTML, JBOSS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Rest API, XML, Json, Yaml, Helm Charts, Kubernetes Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests Use your knowledge of containerization concepts, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation to help improve product deployments at scale Develop solutions for multi-cloud environments (solutions that can run on aws, azure, and private cloud)
Design and integrations with other components of our containerization efforts Guide junior personnel in their day-to-day tasks by providing feedback and direction via code reviews and design reviews Provide feedback to peers through code and design reviews
Use your knowledge of containerization concepts, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation to help improve product deployments at scale
