The Woven cluster of CIEL Textile, Aquarelle Clothing Limited, is currently looking for a HR Officer- Expat for our Grand Bois Factory.
HR OFFICER - EXPAT
The HR Officer Expat will be responsible to ensure that the on boarding of expat’s is done in a smooth and timely manner in our Grand Bois factory. Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, the candidate will have as main objective to ensure that all the Expatriate procedures are followed systematically in line with the Worker’s Right Act.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure the on boarding of the Expatriates
- Ensure that you develop good working relationships with Ministries/Authorities
- Ensure that all letters addressed to Ministry are well drafted & validated before communicating
- Conduct proper follow up with the expat for the validity and renewals of their work permits
- Conduct regular Safety & Health audits in factories and dormitories
- Ensure that all expat documents following recruitment are followed systematically
- Ensure to be at ease in all dormitories management
What are we looking for?
- At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant field
- Degree holder
- Professional Certificates, e.g. Microsoft, word /Excel/Power Point / Power BI
- Knowledge in Hindi language
