Executive Assistant To Managing Director



Roles and Responsibilities



This role supports the Management of a leading organization with international operations across different continents for handling a diverse portfolio of activities on behalf of the Management

  • Ensure the roles demands are catered with a wealth of relevant experience to hit the ground running as the Managements right hand resource
  • Handle an extensive stakeholder management, coordinating & organizing complex executive meetings, including business reviews & performance analysis & various business proposals periodically
  • Work closely & interface with executive members of various group companies; liaise with them on behalf of Management to ensure smooth flow of communication & action points
  • Multi-tasking during ad-hoc projects and ensuring successful follow up of action items, preparing documentation for meetings; assisting with presentations & a variety of other day to day business & administrative tasks on behalf of the Management
  • Organize and participate in C-Level Executive's functional meetings
  • Plan, organize and execute effective delivery of reports, analysis as required by the Management
  • Screen and prioritize incoming items to ensure the Management, is advised of & updated on current issues
  • Represent the company at various community / business meetings to promote the company & brand
  • Maintain good industry contacts and increase the visibility & acceptance on behalf of the Management

Experience 8-10 yrs (min 4-6 yrs in similar role)
