Job Title :
1. THERMOFORMING MACHINE OPERATOR
A. JOB SUMMARY:
The responsibility of operator is to achieve the target production output
requirement with good quality products.
B. STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
a. Change molds, insert and stabilize the product scheduled per machine.
b. Check production output from time to time & ensure that quality guidelines are consistently met.
c. Coordinate with immediate superior whenever problems encountered on mold, machine.
d. Coordinate with immediate superior regarding product problems during production.
e. Report any inefficiency sighted in production for early solution to be made.
f. Responsible for minor and major process adjustment and troubleshoot.
g. Conduct development trials.
h. Maintain good housekeeping & cleanliness in work area.
i. Perform other related job that may be assigned by supervisor from
time to time.
2. PLASTIC FORMING MACHINE OPERATOR
A. JOB SUMMARY
Operate and control plastic forming machines, feed the forming machines with materials, inspect the produced plastic parts, and ensue the quality and safety of production.
B. STATEMENT OF DUTIES
a. Operate and process plastic forming machines and monitor them according to the instructions.
b. Inspect materials used in the plastic industry, and process them in the designated places.
c. Dismantle and install molds according to production plans.
d. Inspect the produced parts and isolate the ones which do not conform to the specifications.
e. Follow health, safety and environment policies and procedures.
