We are hiring Sales Professionals having experience in Sales of Medical Equipment, preferably from IVD, Radiology, and ICU. The Profile is based in Lagos , Nigeria.



Sr. Sales Executive



Key Responsibilities

  • Manages sales activities for a range of products
  • Responsible for executing the sales strategy to achieve the sales targets
    May manage the sales force (as per organization structure, if any) to meet the company's sales goals
  • To train team members regularly
  • Generating Business leads, closing Sales & post-sales service.
  • To respond and give timely feedback about their work to superiors.

KRAs & Specific Roles:


Customer Management

- Develop a strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) base

- Understanding the market, the customer, and the competition

- To Establish & monitor a strong distribution network in the territory

- Manage client relationships effectively

- Collecting customer feedback & take necessary actions

- Maintains and expands customer base & identifies new customer opportunities

- To ensure market development and brand establishment

- Receivables as per divisional guidelines


Target Achievement

- Achieving sales as per targets in terms of value & units assigned

- Achieving desired market shares in the defined area

- Creation of new accounts

- Timely submission of tenders & relevant information to the Sales admin


Required Candidate profile

  • Can be a B.Sc. /B. Pharma/ Biomedical degree holder.
  • Should be confident & good in communication skills,
  • Should have 3+ Years of working experience in Sales Medical Equipment preferably from IVD, Radiology, and ICU



Assistant Sales Manager
