  • End to end recruitment Mapping, Sourcing and on boarding candidates
  • Screening & shortlisting the candidates sourced through portal and Social Media and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
  • Lateral Hiring Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description
  • MIS Preparing reports on the no of closure, internal movements, and offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates. Experienced in Lateral Hiring and Niche Skill.
  • Experience in Contract Staffing/Permanent Staffing
  • Gulf Experience Mandatory

Required Candidate profile


Graduate with experience in Lateral & Niche hiring.

Good communication skills

Client Management experience.

Willing to work in Dubai office

Immediate or 15 Days notice period

Roles and Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition and Business Development for Permanent/Contractual Staffing Division
  • Build the SALES TEAM- recruit , train and drive them to achieve the sales goals.
  • Getting Requisitions from HRs Recruitment SPOCs, Planning, organizing, executing controlling the sourcing servicing to clients
  • Gathering market information, Creating, and maintaining reports on Market Info Skill Availability, Companies & Industrial Mapping
  • Responsible for handling and building client relationships facilitating contract staffing business from client development to deployment.
  • Responsible for client acquisitions for respective domain, as well to achieve the target independently or with a team
  • Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to work under pressure and should be adaptable to flexible working situations
  • Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with clients to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including job specification, term negotiations and execution as well as Contract/SLA execution
  • Must be able to hit the ground running and acquire new clients and/or new business via various channels and generate effective requisitions for contract, contract to hire positions and thus drive revenues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should have good knowledge of Contract Staffing / Permanent Staffing
  • Candidate should computer savvy as we expect the candidate to acquire business based on our Technology platform.
  • Must have excellent existing client relationships, network and referrals within the staffing industry and be able to build upon new accounts
  • Willing to work in Qatar and vaccinated
  • Valid passport
  • Gulf experience added advantage
