  • Recruitment support- posting job openings, gathering information on new applicants, contacting references, and informing employees of their hiring status.
  • Scheduling the office holiday party to handling travel arrangements for company executives
  • Answering employee questions
  • Processing incoming mail, handling employee queries
  • Insurance for employees
  • Providing customer service to organization employees
  • Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
  • On Boarding and off boarding of employees in KSA
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in human resources or Business Administration

Minimum 8 years of work experience in Human Resources

Good working knowledge of KSA labor laws

Ability to work pleasantly with a team, multitask and stay organized.
