Job Description

Identifying and developing sales leads and new business opportunities.
Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with the customers and potential customers.
Target Mid-Market account in the region
Finding the high quality sales prospects to generate new business.
Increase sales penetration within the region, maximizing sales and revenue; develop and execute cost effective sales strategies to improve regional performance.
Delivery of sales proposals and presentations to the customers.
Responsible for the Regions forecasting and sales tracking.
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Will be attached to an Industry Group, but primarily regionally focused

Desired Skills & Experience

Must be highly energetic, self-driven and result oriented
Experience in new business acquisition.
Deep market understanding and Good Experience in driving CXO relationship
Strong existing Professional network
Should have handled min 3 mn USD per year as target.
Experience in Solutions selling experience in any of the verticals like (Mfg, Retail & CPG, Banking & insurance, Media, etc.
Experience range has to be 8 to 15 in IT Sales

Location: New England, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest in USA

Senior Account Executive

Experience: 14 to 22 yrs. 
Salary: U.S Dollars 1,00,000 - 1,00,000 & above P.A
Openings: 4 

Duration : Fulltime

Job Description :

Identifying and lead generations, evaluate and win new business opportunities in any of the verticals like Manufacturing, Retail/CPG, Banking and Insurance, Media, etc.
Ability to originate large IT Transformational, SI, ADM and Managed Services deals.
Responsible for Go-To-Market Strategy
Responsible for Deal Structuring and Contract negotiations
Responsible for Revenue realization from New and Targeted Accounts
Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
Ability to forecast the Sales Pipeline and Develop strong pipeline

Desired Skills & Experience
