This Job has the responsibility for processing the organisation's Compensation, payroll , rewards and benefit policies. This will include salaries and employee benefits, such as pensions, life insurance packages. Job holders are also demanded to achieve prompt and accurate updating of the company's online and physical Personnel information & records. Confidentiality is an essential aspect of this role as is the behaviour of un compromised employee satisfaction and the ability to work under pressure.
