Our Client which is one of the leading Retail Chains in the Middle East is looking to hire Store managers/Asst Store Managers (Males only) for its Various concepts(lifestyle/fashion/footwear/toys/electronics).These positions are based in Qatar.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-----------------------------------
a)To maximize retail sales and operating profit in the Showrooms in line with company objectives.
b)Monitor and continuously seek to understand commercial environment, local trading patterns, competitor activity and market trends in the retail sector and their impact in store.
c)Monitor the handling of customer complaints in line with Company policy.
d)Ensure that staff adopt and adhere to the company dress code in order to promote a positive and professional image at all times.
e)Ensure store expectations and priorities are communicated to staff and regularly review and provide feedback on staff"s performance against expectations.
f)Carry out regular and relevant in-store training and enroll staff on relevant Learning and Development courses.
g)Maintain high standards of visual appearance throughout the store including all non-retail areas.
h)Maintain window and in-store displays to a high standard in line with merchandising guidelines.
i)Provide department reports on slow moving, fast moving and non moving items to the ASM, and Merchandise Manager.
j)Monitor sales performance against last year, last week and budget on a daily and weekly basis and to give feedback to managers and also to communicate to staff.
KEY JOB DELIVERABLES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

a)Optimize sales in line with company budgets.
b)Manage operating costs within budgetary guidelines. Ensures store administration is going smooth and is being reviewed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
c)Drive customer service standards as per Company expectation
d)Operate an effective stock management system to maximize sales and profitability.
e) Ensure the prevention of stock losses within your store by driving awareness and implementing preventative plans.
f)Ensure continuous staff development and performance management
CONCEPTS; FOOTWEAR/LIFESTYLE/TOYS/FASHION/ELECTRONICS
Academic :Graduate in any discipline. .
Experience :4 -9 yrs. In Retail Industry, either in Electronics Retail or Lifestyle or Fashion or Toys or Footwear Retail heading / handling one complete section / area.
Salary approx 5000-7500 QAR (Qatar rials) per month depending on experience .Position is based in Qatar
