1. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
- To ensure that product is in specified quality and to carry out various lab tests to maintain the quality of the product.
- To check and test the incoming raw materials for quality.
- To ensure that plant equipment involved in production are calibrated as per quality requirements.
- To take sample of product at specified frequency to ensure product quality.
- To conduct strength tests on samples.
- To supervise the laborers concerned.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Degree / Diploma in related field.
- Should have strong interpersonal relationship and excellent Oral & communication skill is a must.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and Hindi & Urdu is preferred.
AAMAL TRADING
1. SALES EXECUTIVE ( WHOLESALE PROJECTS )
- 2 – 3 years experiences in wholesale and project sales of household appliances inside Qatar, (this is a must)
- Experienced in generating RFQ’s and must be able to prepare quotations and follow up on them
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not a must
- Must possess valid Qatari Driving License.
- NOC is a must
2. SALES EXECUTIVE ( SHOWROOM)
- Candidate must be young and energetic with good communication skills, pleasing personality with a flair for selling home appliances
- Communication in Arabic is added advantage
- Preferably with relevant 2-3 years sales experience in large retail showrooms (experience in Qatar would be advantage).
3. TECHNICIANS
- Candidate must have 3 – 4 years’ experience in maintenance of home appliance, electronics and electrical.
4. STORE KEEPER
- Candidate must have 3-4 years’ experience in inventory management preferably in Consumer durables trading industry – home appliances, electronics and electrical
- Should be conversant with computer.
CITY CENTER
1. LEASING SECRETARY
This position is responsible for providing clerical and leasing secretarial assistance for department.
- Serve as the secretary to a team leasing staff, which includes prioritizing and coordinating competing tasks and demands.
- Type/transcribe/edit format/proofread documents, correspondence, forms and charts utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Establish and maintain filing systems.
- Telephone contacts with clients, professionals and others, respond to telephone messages and routine correspondence and provide reception back – up relief as needed.
- Coordinate and or assist with conferences and meetings as well as provide off-site assistance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education equivalent to graduation degree.
- One year of leasing secretary experience.
- Or two years of other specialized secretarial word processing training.
- Experiencing using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to solve practical problems by applying standard and routine solutions where precedent dictates the course of action or deferring to the superiors for resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English, both orally and in writing, including correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and sentence structure.
AAMAL REAL STATE
1. SECURITY GUARD
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Answers alarms and investigate disturbances
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons to guard against the theft and maintain security of premises.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
- Warn persons of rule infractions and violations and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
- Monitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnace or boiler.
2. PLUMBER
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and components
- Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment
- Assemble and install valves and fittings
- Install, repair and maintain water equipment, piping and controls
- Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
- Install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs and toilets
- Install, repair and maintain water heaters and conditioners
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances and trim
- Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks.
1. STORE KEEPER
- Receives and inspect all incoming spare parts and reconciles with purchase orders.
- Process and distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
- Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
- Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, warranties, repairs and surplus materials.
