HR Personnel Supervisor
Job Code FAM/HR
Education University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management.
Technical Skills The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of the following below HR Personnel Supervisor operations :
  • Supervise the operation of the Personnel Division by daily verifying and countersigning documents like applications to the immigration, letter to be signed by the sponsor and reports as required by the HR Manager.
  • Act as deputy when the Head of Admin & HR takes his annual leave or any official absence.
  • Conduct monthly scheduling of activities in the Personnel Division order to properly distribute workload and work assignments, especially for the compliance of new requirement from the government.
  • Appoint replacement for any personnel staff that was absent or applied for leave of absences.
  • Conduct consultation and/or the corresponding disciplinary action for any personnel staff/s who is not committing to their required task or who display negative work attitude.
  • Coordinate with the corresponding department, project or corresponding key person for any Government Related request or other personnel issues with their employees.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Head of Administration and HR to report and discuss issues related to the personnel divisions.
  • Perform other related duties as per the advice of the Manager being reported to Comply with all the HR Policies and Procedures of the company.
  • Oversees the day to day administration of recruitment and placement activities, briefs lowel level employees on required tasks.
  • Checks on the staff's progress and ensures that all the necessary resources for completing work including equipment and office supplies are available.
  • Acts in a liaison capacity with public (e.g. Civil Service Bureau or Minitry of Labor) and private employment services, schools/universities, and other agencies in matters of Qatari employment opportunity.
  • Reviews relevant procedures as needed and formulates proposals to assure practical, efficient and quality operation and timely recruitment and placement service delivery.
  • Does preliminary analysis of survey data to identify hiring trends and to make preliminary projections, cost and compare the data.
  • Studies and determines requested recuitment needs; Plans and executes creative recruitment campaigns involving numerous public and private contacts.
  • Studies and determines hard-to-fill or highly specialized positions and prepares innovative strategies and action plan on how to successfully recuit for such positions.
  • Prepares recruitment announcements for positions determined to be best filled through external placement for appropriate mass media releases.
  • Supervises, conducts and/or arranges the conduct of interviews of short listed applicants; administers prescribed written and/or performance examinations/tests; prepares summary report and recommendation;
Experience Minimum 15 years experience and 5 years as HR Personnel Supervisor of a large scale company.
Job Description The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, and should be able to handle the responsibility of supervising the team, for sucessful execution of HR Personal Supervisor task during operation. Admin. Supervisor

Education Minimum acedemic qualifications include BSc from a recognized college or university plus post-graduate training in relevant subjects associated with office administration/finance.
Technical Skills The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of the following below admin. supervisor operations :
  • Coordinate and monitor programs and projects for assigned work unit to establish goals and objectives, track effectiveness and ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, Department General Orders and policies and produres.
  • Conduct briefings to management or to others to report information and answer questions regarding assignments.
  • Oversee the recording of leave, sickness, absence flextime, personnel records and procedures.
  • Supervise administrative services within the office such as storage and security of documents.
  • Evaluate, develop and recommend office procedures and practices to senior management, ensure that approved office policies and procedure are understood and followed
  • Work closely with the Head of HR and Administration Section to coordinate efforts towards meeting deadlines and clarifying priorities.
  • Assist with development, monitoring, maintenance and supervision of the production, administrative and financial operations.
  • Maintain day to day accounting administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements.
  • Assist with annual audit.
  • Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances.
  • Ensure implementation and recording of all variations and adjustments of products purchased.
  • Maintain and operate an effective system for the recording and data keeping of accounting figures and expense reports.
  • Compile and issue monthly statistical on differant variables upon request and present them to Head of Admin and HR section.
  • To ensure the smooth overall operation and interdepartmental communication through implementation of efficient administrative procedures.
  • Maintain safe working practices through ensuring constant update of HSE.
