Experience: 1 to 4 yrs.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE POSITION OF SECRETARY
ESSENTIAL :
1. The Candidate should be a Graduate from a recognized university.
2. He should have completed Diploma in Secretarial Practice(its must)
3. He should have the typewriting skill of not less than 65 words per minute and average shorthand skill (80 words per minute).
4. Experience 1- 4 years more or less of experience is not required
5. He should NOT be above the age of 25 years.
6. He should have extensive knowledge of MS office package and other computer applications.
7. He should have very good communication (oral and written) skills in English.
9. He should have knowledge on travel and logistics arrangements.
Only Male can apply for this position.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Hands on experience of Shorthand & typing exp.is must for this position.
