Job Profile
1. Identification, Selection and appointment of new dealers and service centers in capital city and in provinces for TVS motorbikes.
2. Formulate monthly sales targets for dealers and sales teams.
3. Formulate market expansion strategy and plans.
4. Formulation of sales target and incentive plans for dealers.
5. Achieving monthly Sales volume and Profit targets.
6. Implementations of company policies/ systems/ and process at dealerships.
7. Recruitment and training of sales team.
8. Report preparation as per company policy on daily/weekly/bimonthly/monthly basis.
9. Reporting of business volumes of individual dealerships on monthly/weekly basis.
10. Collection of revenue from dealerships on monthly basis.
11. Handling customer complaints.
12. Monitoring documentations of bike sales through Dealerships
Desired Qualifications
1. Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development particularly in automobiles industry.
2. Demonstrated ability to develop dealers network.
3. Ability to formulate daily targets and work independently.
4. Highly motivated, self initiator, creative with excellent presentation & communication skills.
5. Willing to travel to provinces as and when required.
