Engineering Services Domain- USA / Europe
Experience:
Total Experience of 08 to 12 years out of which at least 4+ years must be in New Business Development for USA or Europe.
Additional experience in Product Design & Development, Engineering Services and Client Relationship Management is useful.
Must have hands-on experience in all the phases of new business development including cold-calling to customer wins
Education:
BE, BS or Diploma: Mechanical, Industrial etc.
ME, MS or MBA (optional)
Work Location: Bangalore.
Willing to consider USA / Canada (TBD)

Job Description:
New customer acquisition
Development of prospects and Leads
Win long-term, strategic customers
Meet Revenue and Customer win targets
Lead and drive sales manages / engineers, if any, towards achieving individual targets
Travel to prospect / customer locations (USA & CANADA) extensively to win new customers.
Relationship management with existing customers and increase the business volume
Closely work with the CEO of TAAL-Tech to develop strategies/win themes, marketing & branding, new service segments.
Candidate Profile:
Direct sales experience in USA or Europe for Engineering Services domain is mandatory. Must have experience of winning new customers.
Proven success in winning long-term deals.
Proven record of achieving Revenue and profitability targets (new business development) is essential.
Good network in USA & Canada: Aerospace, Industrial or other manufacturing industries
High appreciation of market conditions and customer expectations with respect engineering services market in USA.
Required to have appreciation & understanding of business model followed by Indian IT /Engineering companies, and win themes / value propositions.
Must have good communication skills, perseverance and passion to achieve the committed results
Must be strategic thinker with ability to develop winning proposition and differentiated approaches.
Must have sound understanding on Engineering Services - Business models, benefits and success factors.
