Key Resonsibilities are :
*Handling end to end HR.
* Human Resource Planning in consultation with project team.
* Manpower Recruitment
* Formulation of Compensation Structure in compliance with local regulations.
* Setting up HR policies & procedures and ensure their implementation.
* Adherence to Local Laws.
* Maintaining relationship with local authorities.

MBA with 14 to 16 years exp in HR function of a large EPC co. Must have worked in Middle East preferably in Abu Dhabi in a Oil & Gas EPC co.. Should be able to handle HR function independently
