Sales Manager (Indonesia)

Experience: 4 to 9 yrs.


Experience:

3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and Business Development.
2 years experience in sales of APIs or bulk raw materials in Indonesia region
2-3 years of experience in FD sales in Indonesia
Experience in export procedures and commercial business terms.
Exposure to cross cultural business environment.


Key Skills/Competencies:

Export sales procedures and terminology
Consumer behaviour understanding
Negotiation skills
People management skills
Understanding of Supply Chain functions.
Knowledge of the product and its usage.

Job Context:
The job involves managing sales of APIs to drug manufacturers and distributors spread across various countries in the region. Sales Manager needs to take appropriate decision contributing to the DSP business objectives in the region.
To operate in a highly competitive market effectively and ensure market dominance through structured transactions and sustainable deals. Selling these products requires through understanding of the regional market dynamics, technical knowledge, understanding of the entire value chain, commercial acumen, market intelligence and relationship management.
Tender participation for API and Formulation through suitable Partners.
Plan and execute business development strategy in line with the companys business targets for the region and attain sustainability 
Integrate with the cross functional departments to facilitate smooth sales functioning in the region.

Key Accountabilities:
Manage sustainable business growth in the respective region in terms of volume, value and market share.
To coordinate with other Regional Sales Managers to ensure that the overall DSP sales objectives are met and adhered to.
To achieve sales and collection targets on monthly basis for the region and take corrective measures wherever required.
Ensure quality service to all customers in the region and achieve customer satisfaction and delight.
Managing price and volume in the region as per business guideline and strategy.
Managing sales allocations for the region.
Act as a sales head for the respective region and take appropriate steps to ensure achievement of sales objectives for the region.
Managing the network of distributors and agents in the region to canalize sales as per companys business strategy.
