Configuration Management Team Lead for TATA Communications (USA)

4 to 5 Years of experience in handling Configuration management for telecom services provider.
Responsible for scheduling of change management tickets
Co-ordinate across the stakeholders and manage the changes.
Configuring the network elements as per the standard procedure and ensure changes are successful without any impact to existing services.
Scheduling appropriate resources as per changes and time zone requirements.
Controlling changes and ensure strict adherence to the defined process. 
Responsible for proceed/rollback decision making during any technical troubles.
Responsible for engaging stake holders at right point during emergencies.
Responsible for configuration backup management.
Responsible for maintaining golden config on the network elements.
Report generation, review and circulation.
Experience in handing configuration management on following vender platforms will be an advantage.

Session Route Proxies - Acme Packet 4250, 4500
Call Management Server - Cisco 10200
Media Gateway MGX Cisco 8880
