Position Overview
As a new business hunter, you must have the drive and ability to initiate contact with decision makers and develop working relationships with them. This is a fast-paced sales environment that gives you the opportunity to close deals in a range of sizes.
You'll follow up on in-bound leads, as well as pursue additional prospects through various resources. Your job will include designing/modifying and delivering presentations that highlight Replicon's value proposition, negotiating contract terms, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Use provided resources, and ones you already possess, to uncover and close new business opportunities
Establish rapport and cultivate relationships with key decision makers
Identify each prospects pain points about tracking employee time for attendance, project costing, client billing, etc.
Articulate Replicons solutions for satisfying those points
Meet/exceed monthly sales goals
Accurately track and forecast revenue
Work closely with other Account Executives to share and learn best practices

Qualifications:
5+ years experience selling in a business software environment; SaaS a plus
Work well in a high volume, fast paced environment
A self-starter who thrives within a team culture
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with a CRM solution
Webex savvy
Strong presentation/demonstration skills
BA or BS Degree Required
