Sales Supervisor

The selected incumbent would report to the Area Sales Manager and lead a team of Van Salesmen in achieving the targeted objectives. Relationship management with key customers, optimization of product delivery to the retail channel network, handling cash sales and monitoring credit to key customers, implementing sales promotion schemes, monitoring competitors activity, responding to dynamic market situations, tracking sales and salesmen performances, training and motivating the salesmen, etc are some important job attributes.
Applicants should be graduates aged 27 - 35 years with around 8 years experience in fmcg sales supervision, including work exerience in any GCC market and possessing a valid GCC driving license. Exposure to working in a Bakery company or in Saudi Arabia would be an added advantage.
Sales Manager
Experience: 8 to 13 yrs.
The selected incumbent would report to the CEO of the company and lead a team of 1 Area Sales Manager, 6 - 8 Sales Supervisors and a number of Van Salesmen in achieving the targeted objectives. Conceptualizing and implementing a feasible sales and marketing plan, devising sales strategies, new key customer acquisition and retail channel network expansion, monitoring competitor activities, responding immediately to market situations, formulating attractive consumer sales promotions schemes, eliciting customer feedback for product improvement, training and motivating sales staff, etc are some important job attributes.
Applicants should be aged 30 - 35 years with an MBA in marketing and around 7 years experience or a degree holder with around 10 years experience in fmcg sales management, including a stint in any GCC market and possessing a valid GCC driving license.
