Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management; attendance management recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs, facilities
- Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed;
- Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
- MIS on Expenditure
- Travel management
Should have the following capabilities:
- Good at cost controlling,
- Basic accounting,
- Office administration,
- Overall office management
- The candidate has to be resilient,
- Head strong with no-nonsense attitude.
- Able to maintain office conduct and management successfully and independently.
- He shall be reporting to the Managing Director directly.
- Preferably over mid 30's in age and from hardcore admin background.
Will initially be on a Single Status for 6 months to a year.
