Business Development Manager (Alaska)

Experience: 6 to 8 yrs.


The position will involve directing the daily operational activities of the companys corporate, regional offices and business units. He will take the lead role in developing marketing strategies to maximize overall revenues of company. 

This position will oversee the implementation of marketing plans, sales strategies, budgets and forecasts at the corporate, regional and business units. Key responsibilities will include achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
The position will involve frequent traveling. The candidate should be excellent in communicating in English & Hindi.

1. Good personal time management skills and know how and when to impose deadlines and delegate tasks.
2. Tolerance for and the ability to perform in stressful and ambiguous situations.
3. Should have outstanding communication skills with clarity of thought and the ability to express, advocate and defend views effectively both orally and in writing.
4. Must have the necessary ability to budget and forecast demand, revenues and expenses and control costs.

The candidate who  has knowledge of  flexible point-of-sale software and services  for spas and salons.
