HSE Manager (Bahrain)

Experience: 7 to 12 yrs.  | Salary: U.S Dollars 50,000 - 70,000 P.A

• Dip/BE + Dip/MTech in Safety

• Minimum 7 to 15 Years Experience in HSE

• Developing strong & fool proof Safety norms and regulation within the projects 

• Implementation of policies, procedures and systems to provide for a safe and secure project execution

• Enforce safe working practices and ensure lost time incidents are kept to a minimum.

• Apply the overall Company's standards and guidelines on HSE

• Experience of safety studies such as fire & explosion consequence modeling, QRA, FERA, SIL Assignment, Radiation and Dispersion studies in Chemical / Oil & Gas projects would be an "ADDED ADVANTAGE"

• Legal compliances as per Global HSE requirements

• Maintaining appropriate documentations related to various HSE audits

• Knowledge of IMS system & Environmental protection acts

• Firefighting equipments & plan for mock drills

• Carry out assigned duties in a safe manner according to Company policies and procedures

• Assist supervisors with the planning and development of HSE Meetings

• Participate in daily meetings with the Department Heads and Client Representative as required

• Monitor compliance of HSE orientation and induction for all personnel

• Conduct HSE training courses according to the training matrix

• Conduct training on the HSE Management System structure and requirements

• Update and maintain HSE and Training bulletin board

• Management environmental system on site for example STP

• Hazardous waste management, Non hazardous waste management

• Should be able to prepare monthly reports and share it with Management

• Able to perform trend analysis of the available data and ensure timely reporting of all HSE related event into the ETS (Event Tracking system)

• Track, escalate & provide solution for all HSE compliance system. Manage site level Legal register and report out on a monthly basis to management on compliance
