The ideal candidate must have

• Should be graduate with at least 4 years of total experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
• Should be working with direct clients requirements for at least 2-3 years.
• Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
• Should have Excellent understanding of all the tax terms
• Good knowledge about US Geography
• Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.)
• Strong communication and inter personal skills
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
• H1 or B1 visa will be preferred but not a mandate.
