I GET U Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced HR Specialists worked in Power Utility Organizations for its Visakhapatnam based client to work in multiple locations of Afghanistan.

The ideal candidate should

• Assist and monitor the payroll process & compensation benefits.

• Advice on the compliance to the statutory requirements and necessary course of action / intervention for deviation and monitoring.

• Advice on the pension and other benefits, computation and disbursement methods.

• Assist in developing skill matrix of the organization and developing the training needs repository.

• To prepare a comprehensive training calendar with a 1-3-5 year perception for the entire organization.

• Assist in designing and implementing effective training evaluation mechanism.

Experienced in Utility Domain (Power Sector Organization) is mandatory.
