I GET U Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Legal Advisors worked in Power Utility Organizations for its Visakhapatnam based client to work in multiple locations of Afghanistan.

The ideal candidate should 

• Advice the company on compliance of all statutory requirements and provide required mechanism for interventions on deviations, and monitoring.

• Advice on the relevant legal implications of all power purchase contract / agreements.

• Advice on the requirement for all commercial contracts.

• Advice on the necessary course of action / intervention of existing legal policies.

• Facilitate implementation of all activities described above.

Experience in Utility Domain (Power Sector Organization) is mandatory.
