Educational Qualification 
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering 

Desired profile 
Minimum 3 years of experience in Roads & Infrastructure (in GCC countries). 

Skills 
Familiar with Method of measurement, takeoff, can study drawings, monthly payment application, build up new rates, variations and final account.
