Receptionist/ Secretary for Dubai

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs.  |  Opening(s): 2


Answer or redirect general inquiries in person, by telephone or email.
Take and forward messages using multi-line telephone.
Process letters, memorandums, reports, papers, minutes of meetings.
Schedule individual or group appointments and meetings.

Should be Pleasing personality with good working knowledge of internet & MS Office must. 
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi- must, arabic-preferred but not necessary)
