Secretaries for Oman

1.Secretarial duties in day to day functions of the Dept.
2.Document Control -handling of Inter-Office documents - Receipt/Dispatch
3.Handling of the Dept. Telephone, Telefax and external e-mail.
4.Correspondence - Preparation of letters/Faxes/E-mails /Reports/MOM etc.
5.Maintenance of records /registers/filing system.
6.Follow-up / tracking with the Dept. staff, Other Divisional/ Area/Branch Offices.
7.Assist for preparation of Reports/ Service Orders /Subcontracts/contractual Correspondence/inter Office Memo for contract   deliverables & Amendment Required
8.Maintain/Update Track Contract Records/Registers/Document Control

Educational Qualification: 
Graduate in Commerce, University Degree: B.Com

 
Required Skills:
1.Relevant Secretarial experience of 3/4 years in the oil & Gas industry, in Similar position, preferably having worked in 
   Contracts/Commercial field for Construction Projects. 
2.Computer MS Office (All) – expert
3.Proficiency in English Language - good knowledge / Spoken & written
4.Pleasing personality, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
