Experience: 8 to 13 yrs.
The candidate must be responsible for handling a team and should have an experience in repairing and maintaining rubber mixing machines like the 2 roll mixing mills / Kneaders / Hydraulic Presses / cutting presses.
Responsible for analyzing the problem and come to a solution.
An attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
The candidate must be experienced in maintaining Rubber and Plastics footwear processing machines especially the 2 roll rubber/EVA mixing Mills, Kneaders, Hydraulic Vulcanizing Press used for making Hawaii Chappal Sheets, Hawaii Chappal Cutting Press, Direct Injection Process (DIP) machines for PVC injection moulded PT shoes.
Candidates with working experience in the maintenance department of reputed Rubber/EVA and PVC footwear manufacturing industries are preferred.
The candidate must have good knowledge and personal hands on experience in maintaining Hydraulic Presses as well as mechanical moving parts.
The candidate shall be leading a team of 15 locally qualified (Diploma Holders) maintenance staff.
Anyone who holds team building values and is highly motivational with a creative mind and lively will have an added advantage.
The candidate must be able to communicate in English.
