Catering Supervisor / Catering Officer for Saudi Arabia

Urgently  Required  for  Leading   Facilities  Management  Company (  KSA  )

1 ) Catering  Supervisor  : Any  Graduate   Having  5  - 10 yrs  experience in  catering  Industry candidates who have extensive experience in QA in F&B who passed HACCP certification and know very well food industry requirements in term of standards/ procedures/ Quality data analysis and they implemented such programs/ standards/ procedures etc .
Education: Basic Secondary with an additional Diploma or degree in (Food Science/Microbiology/Chemistry/Sanitation & Hygiene)
Work Experience: Minimum 5 Years in related field (Hotels/Air Catering Units/Food Industry) Also, a senior chief kitchen supervisors post.

Professional Attributes:       
        
  • Sound Reading/Writing and Understanding of the English Language
  • Computer literacy in Word & Excel docs.
  • Good presentation skills (PPT, etc.)
  • An earlier exposure in the Middle East will be an advantage

Personal Attributes:
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel at future sites when required
  • Patience/tolerance for other perspectives
  • Ability to quickly understand local culture and customary norms

 Duties  &  Responsibilities  :
  • Establish, maintain and develop QA/Food Safety Programs
  • Analyze Food Safety and Food Quality data including customer complaints/feedback/ingredient issues
  • Develop professional relationship with distributors, suppliers and auditors to ensure product safety strategies are implemented
  • Research and implement new and updated Food and Safety Regulations
  • Ensure that quality tests and procedures are understood and followed
  • Participates in industry trade shows
  • Liaise with customers on corrective action and compliance with customers specifications
  • Prepares SOP’s
  • Undertakes and executes various training programs with emphasis on HACCP, Microbiological, Allergen Control, Sanitation, etc. as required
  • Conducts random checks of minimum twice a week at food quality storage, freezers, chillers, coolers, stores, warehouses, etc.
  • Reports in mail daily to the management on day-to-day activities
