JOB PROFILE : 

* 4 to 5 years in a five star or 4 star hotel as a captain or senior captain.
* Thorough knowledge of restaurant, banquet service and setups.
* Should be fluent in English.
* Should have supervisory quality.
* Should be able to supervise at least 25 to 30 staff.
