Desktop Support/ Network Engineer for Atribs Software Systems Pvt Ltd, Middle East

Experience: 4 to 8 yrs.


This role requires daily interaction with all customers of IT for desktop support issues.

Should have :
Technical Knowledge Networking, Operational Procedures, Specialist
Expertise, Communication.
Full understanding of ITIL processes such as incident,
Problem, asset management and applications to support these
(Remedy)

MCSE, CCNA Certifications are preferred.
