Purchase Officer for Bahrain

Experience: 2 to 3 yrs.

 We are looking out "PURCHASE OFFICER" for our client based in BAHRAIN 

Company profile: Group is one of the leading business houses in Bahrain which holds high reputations, reliability and strong identity of its own. the company started business in 1960.Today it has diversified its business area into heavy equipment hire, transport, construction, commercial and residential properties, portable cabins and timber frame buildings, restaurants, hotels, leisure clubs, health clubs, laundry and dry cleaning. 

Profile: Handling all materials requisition related to building Handling number of sites. Coordinating with the site people & solving their queries related to materials. Getting rates from supplier & vendor related to the materials. Making comparison of rates from more than 2 suppliers & then selecting the best quoted low rates & then assigning the same while filling the tender. Supporting management for new projects. Daily updating relating to materials & updating same to the site people. Daily updating through mail whether the materials has been reached to the site.Entering full manually made project into the system. Good knowledge of software. Capable to handle project from start to end. Good in follow up and materials rate negotiation. Making Purchase order, forwarding, follow up and closing GRN. Well versed with computer software's and internet. Attaching bills, entry & forwarding for payment. 

Candidate should be Diploma/Degree holder in purchase and should have 2 to 3 experience in construction Industry. And should have a valid passport. If Gulf experience will be an added advantage.
