Sales Manager for Metropolis Healthcare Limited in Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia

Experience: 4 to 7 yrs.  |  Opening(s): 4
  •  Responsible for achievement of sales budget of each HQ monthly / yearly.
  • Encourage sales officers to perform above budget to fill the gaps due to vacancies or create own customers by independent working.
  • Coverage of vacant areas to ensure stability of existing business & also helps at the time of new sales person induction.
  • Implementation of sales & MKT strategies through TSO/SE. 
  • Induction of Sales officers/SE in his HQ.
  • Seek help of senior managers to convert large size business.
  • Regular field work with sales team & individually to ensure 100% customer coverage & understand each & every HQ thoroughly.
  • On job training to sales officers / MRs.
  • Ensuring successful participation in CME/ conferences.
  • Creating network of franchisee & own Centers to reach clients & offer excellent services.
  • Help sales officers /SE to earn incentives.
  • Co- Ordination with logistics- operations
  • Ensure timely recovery of money & prevent bad debts.
  • Willing to work on fields to meet doctors and generate sales
  • Confident & good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Computers and MS Office.
  • Candidate from Diagnostics background will be preferred.
