Role & Responsibilities:
Analyzing Project Master schedule and monitor Critical activities, Look ahead schedule, Procurement Schedule, Manpower, Machinery, Scaffolding and Material Forecasts.
Robust Co-ordination with Project Team for Mobilization, preparation of Project Safety plan, Contractor's facilities, construction site, thoroughfares for pedestrians etc.
Ensure timely submission of materials, supplier / sub-contractors, shop drawings, material delivery schedule in coordination with project operation and support team.
Robust extraction and analysis of key project parameters like Costs, Quality, Safety and wastage to estimate Project Profit and Loss, LRA, Payment Forecasts and Targets.
Perform audits on Project reports, records, Health and Safety plans, invoices and other vital project requisites.
Facilitate JD's and KRA to all the project personnel.
Provide timely information to Project Steering committee on potential project issues such as constructability, project deliveries, Logistics.
Ensure project implementation with Zero health and safety hazards / incidents.
Co-coordinating with a team of Engineers, reporting on Project progress, delay, manpower, machinery and materials forecasts, logistics, Profit and loss for the Top Management.

Experience Range: 4+ years

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. / Diploma (Mechanical) or any equivalent degree in Mechanical

Industry Experience: Aluminium and Glass
