Experience: 6 - 10 yrs
- Proficient in managing operations, production activities, streamlining processes / procedures to facilitate smooth production process & enhance productivity.
- Adept in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of raw materials, manpower and machine utilization.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting and team building skills with proven ability in establishing quality systems / procedures and managing resources.
- Handle all types of production blocks.
- To face internal & external audits, & customer audits. Preparing the compliance to the quires of the auditors.
- To arrange the training & ensuring the active participation of subordinates for quality , safety, cGMP & documentation.
- Introduction & Scale up of technology transfer(New products) at plant level.
- Demonstrate abilities in analyzing various reports (stock report, vendor reports, etc.) & successfully providing recommendations for fine tuning & efficient management of stores/ material operations.
- Production of Tablet,Capsule or Liquids.
- Managing overall Operation and Production activities.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid passport in hand.
