- QC Superintendents Civil
- B.E. in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Thermal Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Facility Management, Construction, Public Building Mega Projects.
- Electrical Engineers
- B.E. in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Thermal Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Facility Management, Construction, Public Building Mega Projects.
- Electrical Technicians
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Thermal Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Facility Management, Construction, Public Building Mega Projects.
- DCC Supervisors

-Development of Construction & Industry Co. Inc. undertake responsibilities of controlling all
technical contracts/subcontracts, technical drawings and queries / deviation requests, built drawings, vendor documents, project specifications and procedures, non-conformance reports and registration of documents into the database system. Responsible for the audits of documents in control process, quality control of records, reviewing of logs, document distribution matrix and related reporting to management
