For Mechanical Engineer (3 Nos.)


Expertise in handling heavy duty rotatory and static equipment

Have work experience in Water and Wastewater treatment plants, power plants, refineries, cement industries, steel plants, etc.

Should be able to handle troubleshooting and re-assembling the heavy duty pumps

Preparing & implementation of preventive maintenance schedule
Possess significant knowledge of statistics, probability and logistics and additionally in the fundamentals of the operations of the equipment and machinery

Assure optimization of the Maintenance Organization structure
Analysis of repetitive equipment failures
Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternatives
Forecasting of spare parts
Assessing the needs for equipment replacements and establish replacement programs when it is due
Application of scheduling and project management principles to replacement programs
Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipments
Assessing and reporting safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipments
Strong in PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) & Condition Based Maintenance
Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work
Diagnosing breakdown problems
Carrying out quality inspections on jobs
Liaising with client departments and customers
Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines
Adopt and implement a detailed maintenance plan, which is designed to minimize the maintenance cost
Train and supervise a sufficiently large staff of competent equipment maintenance engineers and technicians
Undertake emergency repairs effectively and efficiently to minimize time lost due to unanticipated equipments.


Capable of handling Pumps, Compressors, Blowers, Generators, Diesel Engines, HVAC Systems, Pipes and Fittings, 
Materials specifications, etc.  


Experience: Min 8 years industrial experience in Water Treatment Industry as Mechanical Engineer preferably from STP Pumping Stations.
  
Mechanical Technician (8 Nos.)


Capable of trouble shooting, maintaining, repairing and overhauling large size pumps, diesel engines, generators, compressors, blowers, etc.


Experience: Min 5 year experience in Water Treatment Industry, Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry as Mechanical Technician preferably from STP Pumping Station


For Electrical Engineer (3 Nos.)

Having experience in operation and maintenance of numerical relay protection, transformer maintenance, MV & HV cable joining and repair, vacuum breaker maintenance, MV motor maintenance and operation and maintenance of MV Motors


Experience: Min 7+ years of experinece in Water Treatment Industry, oil and gas and petrochemical industry preferably from STP Pumping Station


For Electrical Technician (8 Nos.) 


Having experience in numerical relay protection, transformer maintenance, MV & HV cable joining and repair, vacuum breaker maintenance, MV motor maintenance and operation and maintenance of MV Motors 


Experience: Min 5 years of experinece in Water Treatment Industry, oil and gas and petrochemical industry preferably from STP Pumping Station


For Instrumentation Engineer (3 Nos.)


Person having experience in SCADA, DCS, PLC Systems, Burner management system, SMART field transmitter, field instruments, such as flow meters, level transmitters, motorized valves, temperature transmitters, solenoid valves, PLCs, fire and gas systems.


Experience: Min 7+ years of expeirence in Water Treatment Industry, oil and gas or petrochemical industry preferably from STP Pumping Station 


For Instrument Technician (8 Nos.)

For STP Plant Operator (8 Nos.)


Person having good knowledge STP Operations


Experience: Min 5 years of experience in STP Operations preferably from STP Pumping Station.  


For QC / QA Engineer (3 Nos.)


BE with Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of expeirence in QMS Documentation with Process Knowledge. Preferably from Water Treatment Treatment Industry.


For Civil Engineer (3 Nos.)


BE with Civil Engineering with 5+ years of expeirence in construction field. Preferably from Water Treatment Treatment Industry.
For Engineer Positions:


Candidates with BE in Chemical / Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical engineering with 7+ years of experience in Water treatment industry. Preference will be given to those who have STP Pumping Station expereince & overseas experience


For Technician / Operator positions


Candidates with Diploma / ITI in Chemical / Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical with 3-7 years of experience in Water Treatment Industry. Preference will be given to those who have STP Pumping Station expereince & overseas experience
