ABOUT CLIENT:
Role calls for a very experienced oil and gas professional for the leading oil & gas giant of Houston, Texas where the job holder will be accountable to provide consultative support to internal teams/departments (i.e. team building, meeting facilitation, development planning, individual coaching, mentoring) as needed.
JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
1. Consults in identifying and assessing training needs within the company, updating and implementing training matrix.
2. Advises on developing, organizing, conducting and evaluating training and apprenticeship programs.
3. Develops metrics that measure training needs and effectiveness.
4. Consults research projects in L&D and advise on develop individual development plans.
5. Designs and delivers soft skills management and leadership development courses/workshops as needed.
6. Facilitates in preparation of relevant training programs according to Competence Management System requirements.
REMUNERATION:
An attractive remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidates and will be in line with a competitive industry standard.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Higher education in relevant area.
Minimum of 10-year experience within Training consultancy (oil and gas sector is preferable);.
Ability to work in multicultural environment.
