Experience : Should have 3 Years in relevant technique and having basic knowledge of ship terminologies.
He should have relevant experience to read drawings.
Personnels with shipbuilding / offshore experience is preferred.
Knowledge of codes and standards used in onshore and offshore structures
QC INSPECTOR - STRUCTURAL

AWS-CWI / CSWIP or Equivalent
Experience :
Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Structural Inspections in Oil & gas/Marine/Offshore/onshore Industry.
Sound knowledge in reading Structural drawings.

Knowledge of Structural fabrication Codes and Standards such as AWS, API and ASME & Other International fabrication standards.
NDT Level II in various techniques will be an added advantage.

MECHANICAL FOREMAN

Ship Repair, Ship Building or Industrial experience in some reputed concerns in related field and at Supervisory level.
Responsible
Ensuring that jobs are being carried out as specified with regard to safety quality and delivery time and controlling output of personnel and subcontractors.
Ensuring that instructions regarding work requirements are relayed from the appropriate documents (e.g. specifications Work Instructions, Process Sheets etc.) to the Operators.
Liaise with ships staff/owners representative during work onboard.
Obtaining customer's approval signatures on time sheets and work completion reports when required.
Preparing work completion reports wherever required.
Preparing list of materials, equipment, transport requirements and other logistics prior to attending vessel.
Following up of work progress and reporting progress to the Supervisor
Ensuring all work is completed to the required specification before final inspections are called for.
Ensuring that Division's equipment is taken care of on site to prevent damage or malfunction, and that all equipment, tools and unused materials are returned to base on completion of work.
Ensuring welfare of personnel under their supervision.
Ensuring discipline, safe and efficient work practices and house keeping on site and to report disciplinary cases to Supervisor.
Providing performance appraisal information on Operators to the Supervisor.

PLATER FOREMAN
