We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our vacancy for Safety Inspector to work on our projects in Makkah, Saudi Arabia . Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains full financial awareness of the project
Review and assess safety provisions in the contractors Work Method Statements
Carry-out, record, document and issue daily, weekly & monthly site safety inspections and reports
Prepare all accident and near miss safety reports
Deputise for the Senior HSE Inspector as required
Review ‘Permit to Work’ applications
Check proper maintenance and operation of all safety equipment
Review, assess and report on site security, fire, First Aid and welfare facilities, and procedures appropriate to the Works are provided and properly maintained
Prepare and issue Safety Violation Notices
Carry out accident and near miss investigations
Assist and participate in construction related site safety training
Set a high personal example of Health and Safety at all times
Qualifications and Experience:
Successful completion of a relevant Diploma/Certificate in appropriate Civil Engineering discipline from a recognised Tertiary Institution.
Postgraduate qualifications from IOSH, NEBOSH or AHSE will be highly regarded.
Must have more than 7 years\\\\' experience in site supervision for similar projects
For Saudi Engineers, 4 years\\\\' experience in site supervision for similar projects
