- Expert in Indian cuisine exposure in international market, preferred.
Sound knowledge of menu planning and pricing
Food cost and kitchen management.
R&D,introduce new line of product/s as and when required.
- Good leadership skills & team player.
Eye for detail.
Capable of setting up SOPs & ensuring standardization of quality and taste..
Checking the quality of raw materials from suppliers and vendors.
Training staff on regular basis across sections.
