Interview Schedule for Multiple Teaching Vacancies in Beacon Academy, Jakarta - Indonesia

We are seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the following roles: 
• Elementary Years 1-3 (PYP, IPC, Inquiry-Based Approach)
• Science (Middle Years, IGCSE, IB Diploma Chemistry)
• Mathematics / Physics (Middle Years, IGCSE, IB Diploma Maths SL)
• Business Studies / Economics (IGCSE & IBDP)
Note that a minimum of 5 years teaching experience is required, and that working visas for foreigners over 60 years of age are not possible in Indonesia.

Only candidates teaching in an international school, or a school using international curriculum such as Cambridge IGCSE and the IB Diploma will be considered.

We require educators that can deliver a broad, balanced curriculum, adapted to meet the needs of internationally-minded learners.
You will need to have:
• A recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed / M.Ed)
• A minimum of 5 years teaching experience at an international school, or school using international curricula in the English language
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Excellent computing and ICT skills. The Academy runs a shared-laptop and 1:1 iPad programme at some year levels.
You will need to be:

• prepared to work hard
• confident and self-reliant
• a positive attitude and good sense of humour 

PACKAGE AND BENEFITS: 
Salary is discussed upon successful interview and will be based on experience and qualifications. 

Salary range: USD 16,000 - USD 20,000 per annum, nett.

Other benefits include accommodation in furnished apartment (excluding maintenance / utilities), one return economy airfare ticket per annum to capital / major city in home country, in and out patient insurance, all working permits, visa costs and taxes of the employee are borne by the academy.
