International Sales Manager for Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd in Lagos, Nigeria

    Key Result Areas

    1. Achieving Retail sales Value(Locks and Cartini)
    2. Achieving Business to Business (B2B) Sales in identified country / countries
    3. Develop new markets as per Annual Business Planning FY 12.
    4. Developing alternate channels
    5. Developing Service setup and Competitor Analysis
    6. Dealer Management and Management Information System (MIS)

    Job Description:

    The incumbent will be based at Vikhroli (for initial 6 months & post 6 month candidate needs to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.) and would be responsible for sales in South - Africa, Asia and Russia.

    He / She would also be responsible for the following:

    1. Achieving sales value for Godrej and Cartini brand of products.
    2. Retailing as per collage norms
    3. Increasing depth and width in target countries.
    4. Developing service setup with the distributors in targeted countries.
    5. Planning and executing various sales promotional activities
    6. Improving distributor / retailer satisfaction
    7. Developing and planning placement of merchandising in various retails outlets and monitoring their usage
    8. Analysis of secondary sales and distributor stocks and work on improvement
    9. Providing training to Distributor-s and sales personnel
    10. Compiling competitor information / market feedback and recommending for appropriate actions
    11. Preparing and sending MIS on a regular basis and use information effectively for improving sales & services.
    12. Arranging meets for distributor/ retailer/ architects etc. 

    NOTE: The incumbent would be required to travel extensively to South - Africa, Asia and Russia as per the business requirements.
