Area Sales Manager for Petrotech Enterprises LLC, Oman

• Manage all aspects of sales as it relates Oil Field (OF) technical sales. 
• Develop and create relationships with key clients
• Developing and executing oil field industry-specific marketing strategies
• Develop competent understanding of competitor’s strengths and weaknesses
• Thoroughly track project opportunities and establish a winning strategy for receiving project awards
• Generating leads from vast knowledge and/or own experience and contacts in the oil field industry
• Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
• Overseeing customer transactions from order to delivery
• Reporting to executive management regarding market performance, customer satisfaction, product/delivery issues, marketing strategies/effectiveness
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
• Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
