Finance & Administration Manager for Dubai

Any Nationality

1. Inventory control and accounts administration including timely updation of financial statements and annual reports.
2. Responsible for bank reconciliation statement of all banks and handling payroll administration.
3. Preparing insurance claims for marine insurance coverage.
4. Coordination with insurance companies for marine insurance coverage.
5. Overseas customer’s payment follow-up.
6. General ledger scrutiny.
7. Scrutiny of creditor’s ledgers.
8. Preparation of LC documents of export & import.
9. B/L instruction to freight forwarder & coordination with forwarder for B/L & L/C shipment.
10. Currency master updation on daily basis.
11. Follow-up exit certificate with Warehouse & Services Department.
12. Checking of GRN costing on daily basis.
13. Maintaining complete financial accounts of Inter Equipment (IEE, IEL, IEC, IEI).
14. In-charge with financial planning and control including set-ups of financial system.
15. Developing of MIS system related to Accounts & Finance.
16. Involve with commercial operation & statutory compliances.
17. Conducts internal and statutory audits and recommends corrective actions & countermeasures.
18. Responsible for all complete functions of I.T. Department including software and hardware.
19. Responsible for all functions and operations of Human Resources and total administration of the company.
