General Foreman for Dubai

A leading construction company into High rise building and Five star hotel projects based at Dubai urgently requires the following.,

General Foreman 

Work Location: Dubai 

Job Description:- 

1) Ensure work gets executed as per the tasks given by the Engineer and the same is measured and the daily production is submitted to the line manager

2) Allocates work to the worker and ensure all daily tasks given is properly executed in accordance with coordinate drawings and all executed work is properly checked for quality and correctness

3) Directing construction in accordance with daily program

4) Ensure health and safety of site and worker

5) Ensure proper house keeping

6) Check and control the quality and quantity of work

7) Carry out level and survey work

8) Work preparation and material / equipment arrangement for the following days

9) Recording the output of labourer and executing the proper output

10) Arrange daily production reports

11) Prepare time sheets (overtime sheets) daily and signing of the time cards

12) Complies to all applicable Management Systems (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Etc) in his area 

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

12 to 20 years of experience in Building Construction of High rise Buildings, Five Star Hotel Projects

Minimum 5 Years experience as Foreman

Experience in Structure and finishing is a MUST

Able to read and execute the work as per construction drawing

Exception to the specifications may be considered at management discretion depending on candidates over all potential and proven track record

Gulf Experience candidates are preferred.
