HSE/ CES Assurance Coordinator for Abu Dhabi, UAE

Urgently required for Oil & Gas industry Sector in Abu Dhabi

Minimum Requirements:-
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification 
• 8 or more years of relevant experience in HSE combined with Training and Development within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry 
• Preferably in the oil & gas industry relevant functional and professional skills, good communication and interpersonal skills – planning and organizing. scheduling and coordinating, checking, examining and recording.
• Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills, time management skills, 


• supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives 
• Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives
• Coordinate with all operational sites’ HSE Departments and Training Sections and ensure that training requirements are captured. 
• Gather and distribute information on technical training courses to the plant line management for their nomination of employees for respective courses. 


• Gather information and prepare HSE/CES annual training plan. 
• Follow-up with technical training instructors for the implementation of respective course plans in their respective technical programs. 
• Ensure preparation and distribution of “joining instructions” for developee/employees once the training courses, programs and conference details have been verified. 
• Follow up training courses, review end-of-course critiques and investigate developee’s /employee comments & complaints in order to identify problems with training programs
